What’s special
About me
Christoph Müller (born 1965), journalist for more than 20 years at Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich.
Themes
Along with journalism I am dedicated to photography for more than 30 years. Fascinated especially by the hidden beauty of accidental arrangements of leaves or ice, bewildering images in puddles, unexpected structures in driftwood.
These motives don`t appear spectacular – at first sight. People observing me, bended to the ground, would be asking: What are you searching for? And finally discovering my camera, they wonder, what the heck this guy is taking pictures of… of …well.. “nothing”?
But in this „nothing“ lies a whole hidden visual world, revealing its very own beauty formed by wind, rain, temperature, footprints or human negligence.
Why glass?
My photographs unfurl their unique radiance in combination with the special material qualities of glass. Unseen natural beauty comes alive in radiant arrangements of dazzling stuctures and glowing colours.
High class processing
The pictures are produced in cooperation with an elaborated glass manufacturer. Printed on solid glass, they will be delivered with a stable mounting.
Limited edition
The photographs are limited to an edition of 25 pieces each. New works will be regularly presented on Photo Glass Art online gallery.
